Welcome! If you plan to learn to learn about the Holocaust, you may consider this second generation Holocaust survivor based in the Los Angeles Area. She presents in person or online regarding Holocaust, character, and tolerance education, in English, Spanish or French. She supports students to build confidence in their language abilities and fosters an environment where students feel safe to truly learn.
Services
I offer a variety of tutoring services, including:
- English as a Second Language (ESL)—all levels
- Business English as a Second Language—intermediate, upper-intermediate, and advanced
- Exam preparation for the TOEFL, TOEIC, and others
- Spanish—especially in lower levels
About Me
I have successfully helped hundreds of adults and children to learn, especially their second language. I graduated with a BA in Spanish Literature from the University of California Los Angeles, including a year at the University of Madrid, an MA in Education from Cal State Long Beach, and have credentials in bilingual, English and Spanish education. For more than thirty years, I taught in classrooms, but now I concentrate my efforts on online teaching. I enjoy working face-to-face with students over Skype and sharing my excitement for learning languages.
